Do you receive NSF checks or returned items? Is collecting or recovering NSF checks a burden for you? We can offer you the ease and relief of FREE Automated Check Recovery.
More than $169 million worth of checks bounce EVERY DAY in the US. The number of bad checks each year is over 250 million with approximate dollar value of 20 billion. 70% of these are NSF and 30% fraud. We help with both. Collection efforts aren't even attempted on nearly one quarter of these because the dollar value of the check
doesn't warrant collection efforts.
That's where we come in. We collect-You pay NOTHING and we return a portion of the state allowed fee to you. Sounds like a good deal!
We have several NSF check collection and recovery options, all of which are designed to be time and money savers for your business. Using our ACH collection processor
expertise in collection procedures, we recover the vast majority of your bounced checks at no cost to you. We even rebate you a portion of the state allowed collection fee and you get Internet updates on the recovery process. Depending on the volume of NSF checks you receive, your business may realize a substantial profit on NSF items.
How our NSF check recovery process works
- Notification to customer that a fee will be assessed for dishonored checks.
- Your NSF items are forwarded to our ACH collection processing center from your bank.
- The transaction then becomes an ACH/EFT issue.
- The bounced check is re-presented. If the funds clear, your account is credited.
- If this re-presentment fails we electronically monitor the account, and when funds become available the 2nd re-presentment is made. Secondary NSF check collections is available and we will provide you the face value of the check when we recover it.
There is no cost to you and you receive a portion of the state allowed collection fee. (volume dependent). Your business can realize substantial revenue from NSF items.
