If you are looking for information about a debit or credit to your account:
ACH generically refers to moving money electronically in/out of checking accounts. The ACH network is how the money moves.
ACH Payments has NOT debited your account. We do not control CREDITS to your account as well. There is nothing we can do about either debit or credits you have seen to your account. If you feel you have been debited w/o your permission you should contact your bank and tell them you want the debit reversed. They must help you with that. If you are waiting on an ACH credit you have to contact the entity making that credit.
We understand you are concerned about your account and the debit/crediting process but it is not anything we can control.
